Every clinician is a licensed, certified speech-language pathologist with experience across schools, homes and clinics.
Kristina began her career as a school-based speech-language pathologist, providing speech, language and swallowing services to children from preschool through high school — ranging from severe medical and cognitive challenges to advanced students with mild impairments. Her passion for medically based speech pathology led her through rehabilitative clinics to home health, where she supported infants from mild to the rarest and most severe impairments.
Her expertise in medically fragile populations, feeding and swallowing disorders — plus her own experience as a parent of a child with special needs — led her to found Therapy Talks, alongside Charleston Chew Intensives. She is trained in Vital Stimulation – NMES.
Founder & Owner
Hannah earned her bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Delta State University (2022) and her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale (2024). She has experience working with children across schools, homes and outpatient clinics.
Speech-Language Pathologist
Alison has over 15 years of experience in speech-language pathology. Originally from Massachusetts, she studied at Boston University and earned her master's at Mass General Hospital Institute of Health Professionals. After years in skilled nursing as both therapist and manager, she found a new passion for the 0–3 population.
Alison loves teaching families and other professionals how a speech therapist can help children with swallowing and feeding difficulties — and is happily settling into life in South Carolina away from her husband's home state, with travel, puzzles, biking and kayaking on the agenda.
